An exciting opportunity to take a leading role in developing the communications function, raising the brand profile and engaging the workforce within an ambitious, UK consultancy. The client were looking for an established senior communicator with professional services experience.

The Results

Using a combination of search and advertising, allowed us to grow awareness of the employer brand whilst recruiting which has greatly benefitted the growth of the marketing team overall.

We utilised our established network of communication professionals to gain referrals for this role including our connection to relevant professional bodies, such as the CIPR.

Working in partnership directly with the hiring manager made the whole process highly efficient and effective, taking just seven weeks months from the initial brief to offer acceptance.
